Fees & Payments

- After program: 5% royalty on revenue, capped at ₹8L — only when you earn
Refund Policy
Applying and joining the program cost ₹0 upfront. Shortlisted founders pay a ₹5,999 seat confirmation fee to reserve their place — refund rules for that payment (duplicate charges, cancellation by TSIH, etc.) are in our Refund Policy. If you leave before Day 30 after joining, you forfeit program benefits; no royalty applies if you did not complete the build.

Royalty Terms (plain English)
- 5% of gross monthly revenue from all sources, any country
- Royalty starts the first month you have revenue > ₹0
- Royalty ends when total paid reaches ₹8,00,000 (2× our ₹4L cost per startup)
- After cap, royalty = 0% forever
- No minimum – if revenue is ₹0, royalty is ₹0
- Monthly reporting via dashboard (honour system + bank statement access)
- Buy out remaining royalty at 50% of remaining cap anytime
- If you raise funding, royalty remains – it's on revenue, not investment
