TSIH India charges ₹0 for cohort application and program participation for selected founders.

A one-time seat confirmation fee may apply after shortlisting. This Refund Policy covers that payment and related transactions processed via Razorpay.

• The seat confirmation fee reserves your place in Cohort 1 after shortlisting.
• Payment is processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking).
• The exact amount is shown on the payment screen before you confirm.

• Duplicate payment: full refund of the extra charge within 7 working days.
• TSIH cancels your seat before program start: full refund of the seat confirmation fee.
• Technical payment failure with successful debit: refund after bank/Razorpay reconciliation (typically 5–10 working days).
• Program application fee: not applicable — applications are free.

• Voluntary withdrawal after seat confirmation and before program start (case-by-case review only).
• Removal from the program due to misconduct, false information, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.
• After program start (30 Nov 2026): seat confirmation fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

There is no upfront program fee and nothing to refund for the core residency if you paid ₹0 upfront.

Royalty is calculated on revenue after the program and is not a prepaid fee — see Terms & Conditions for royalty rules.

Email help@tsih.in with your startup ID, Razorpay payment ID, payment date, and reason for the request.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

We acknowledge refund requests within 2 working days.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 working days; your bank or Razorpay may take additional time to credit your account.
